SECTION DESCRIPTION
In these lessons, students define investing and learn why investing is a beneficial practice. They learn to classify various investment opportunities and begin developing their own point of view of different life factors that can influence the value of various investment options such as stocks.

Investing is the expending of resources such as time, money, or talent, with the goal of achieving a beneficial outcome in the future.
